MY STORY IN A NUTSHELL:
I haven't always been this way! I actually took toxic antidepressants for 16 years and I was challenged with depression & bouts of anxiety from the age of 16 to the age of 32. I used to have suicidal thoughts, exclude myself from the outside world at times and I suppressed my emotions with alcohol and/or sweets. I read all sorts of self-help books, took classes and got baptized at Lakewood Church, tried hypno-therapy and many other healing modalities. I was looking for answers OUTSIDE of myself & expecting some thing or someone else to fix me!
Then I Woke the F#ck up & Decided I was Tired of My Own BULLSHIT & that I Desired the Life of My Dreams...
So I INVESTED in Myself & Made a COMMITMENT to Create a NEW Reality for Myself!
I have personally gone through a complete rebirth since March of 2015. I started down the path of CONSCIOUSNESS & it forever changed me.
I Am So Grate-Full for everything that I have been through (even my challenges) and I have completely shifted my views on my life & on my world. I am proud to announce that January 9, 2018 will be 2 years since I've had a drop of alcohol and June 2018 will be 6 years that I have been off of antidepressants. I have created a lucrative online business that has allowed me to have location freedom and work from anywhere in the world. I manifested the perfect studio apartment 3 blocks from the beach in St Augustine, Florida and lived there for 3 months at the end of 2016. Then last year I manifested winning a Free 7 Day Juice Retreat in Bali, Indonesia where I had been dreaming of going for years. I left the United States on May 1 and that turned into 7 months of Amazing travel seeing the world. I visited Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand before heading back home for the holidays in December.
Now I Am Creating My EPIC 2018 that Starts off with a trip to India for a Yoga Retreat at the beginning of February!!
No... It didn't happen overnight & there were times when I experienced challenges... Andddd I NEVER GAVE UP!
I kept going and each time it got easier and easier. I rewrote "my story" from my past, I forgave, I started to have new thoughts, I started to feel & speak differently, I changed my circle of friends, I committed to meditating, I rekindled my relationship with my Dad etc. I could see light at the end of the tunnel. I began to serve FAITH instead of FEAR, I let go of the BULLSHIT stories that had been keeping me stuck for so long. I realized that if my life was ever going to be different then it was up to Me & ONLY Me... I decided to stop playing the victim & blaming my mom or my childhood. I TRANSFORMED My Guilt & Shame from My Past into My Peace & Purity. Once I did the work to "Let Go" of all the SH!T that was holding me back, I was able to start "LIVING" Fully in the POWERFUL Moment of NOW & that's where Dreams are CREATED!
